He has personally negotiated and concluded more than 4.8 billion dollars in real estate transactions. He has also personally toured hundreds of communities over the U.S. and Europe and located, relocated, or expanded more than 176 industrial facilities/manufacturing plants, and numerous office complexes. George has developed and managed a corporate real estate department recognized by some as the finest and most efficient corporate real estate department in the country.
